A Sacred Shift at the Summit
In Lusaka, Zambia, April 2025, the Real Woman Summit—a global movement of faith, leadership, and transformation—unfolded with sacred intention. At the center of this year’s impact story stood Trinity Girls Network Zambia: a radiant group of young women raised in purpose, led by vision, and activated by the powerful alignment of two global matriarchs—Dr. Nellie Kangwa and Dr. Jacqueline Mohair.
These girls weren’t invited to spectate. They came as evidence.
Evidence that legacy, when sown in faith, produces unstoppable daughters.
🗣️ “This is not about bringing girls to watch us lead. This is about raising girls to take their rightful place in leadership.”
— Dr. Nellie Kangwa, Zambia Director, Trinity Girls Network
The Birth of a Movement
Founded in 2020 by Dr. Jacqueline Mohair, Trinity Girls Network Corp. was launched in Zambia with an official ribbon cutting in April 2023. Since then, the network has met monthly under the leadership of Dr. Kangwa, offering mentorship, peer-led leadership sessions, and life-skills empowerment to underserved girls across the country.
Through consistent coaching, spiritual development, and intentional community-building, Trinity Girls Network Zambia has become a pipeline for transformation.
🗣️ “Dr. Nellie has cultivated something extraordinary in Zambia. These girls are not just students of leadership—they are carriers of legacy.”
— Dr. Jacqueline Mohair, Founder, Trinity Girls Network
From Faith to Footsteps: Real Woman Summit Impact
At the 2025 Real Woman Summit, hosted by Dr. Kangwa at the Mulungushi International Conference Centre, the Trinity Girls stepped boldly into their next dimension.
They served, they worshiped, they listened with fire in their eyes—and something shifted. What they had practiced in small rooms was reflected on big stages. The women speaking at the summit—pastors, executives, advocates—looked like them. Walked like them. Prayed like them.
And for the first time, they saw themselves not as future leaders, but as current ones.

After the Applause: What’s Happened Since
The summit’s impact didn’t stay in the room. It followed the girls home. Since April 2025:
✅ Vision Circles have launched in three new communities, fully led by Trinity peer mentors.
✅ A group of Trinity girls has begun life coaching and youth advocacy training.
✅ New international partnerships are forming with ministries from Ghana, South Africa, and the U.S.
🗣️ “What they saw on stage reflected what we’ve been building privately every month—courage, purpose, and identity in Christ.”
— Dr. Nellie Kangwa
Bold. Beautiful. Built to Lead.
The motto of Trinity Girls Network is simple yet revolutionary:
“Bold and Beautiful—because saving one girl changes a generation.”
And in Zambia, that truth is alive and active.
Dr. Kangwa’s nurturing yet prophetic leadership continues to build daughters of destiny, while Dr. Mohair’s global vision ensures these girls are connected to opportunities far beyond their village, city, or even continent.
Final Pull Quote
🗣️ “We’re not preparing girls for the future. We’re equipping them to lead right now.”
